Technical Assistance
While CSD doesn’t manage grant programs directly, we connect merchants and property owners with Baltimore Development Corporation and Downtown Partnership of Baltimore programs. Grants are available for facade improvement, outdoor space improvement, and general small business assistance. We specialize in navigating our neighbors through these processes, and stay up to date on program changes to make these as small-business friendly as possible.
