Charles Street is a small but mighty organization, lead by Executive Director Kristin Speaker, who has spent 25 years forging strategic partnerships and measurable outcomes to advance the shared goals of our board members and stakeholders.
Our mission is to convene stakeholders along and around the Historic Charles Street Corridor to collaborate on objective that improve and strengthen Baltimore’s Main Street.
