Clean
and Safe The
Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and the Midtown Community
Benefits District provide Clean and Safe services along
Charles Street including trash removal, daily street
sweepings, graffiti removal and landscape maintenance.
Trained safety guides aid city law enforcement to enhance
safety on the streets. They also offer information to
pedestrians and tourists including an Escort Service,
